I like Rosalyn Grace. I think Rosalyn has a softer sound to it than Rosalind which I prefer.

@MRS-K:  Rosalyn would be Ross-a-lyn and Rosalind would be rose-a-lind

I like my colleague’s daughter’s name, which is Roslyn (pronounced ROZ-lyn, which I always thought was the pronunciation of Rosalind too).

    I like Rosalyn. I would assume it’s pronounced Rosa-Lynn.

Rosalind!!! I pronounce it ROZ-a-lind. I love that name and it makes me think of Rosalind Franklin, who was pretty awesome!

I think they’re both pretty, but prefer Rosalyn. That’s a beautiful way to honor your parents.

@MRS-K:  I like Rosalyn better, it’s softer (I’m not keen on the hard “d” on the end of Rosalind).  My pronunciation of Rosalyn would be Roz-ah-lin.  I think either Grace or Claire would work as a middle name (but I’d slightly prefer Claire, because it seems like every other baby girl these days has the middle name Grace.  It’s a bummer, because I really like it, but don’t like that it’s so common).

I voted Rosalind (Ross-uh-lindt)…but I’m biased because Shakespeare rocks 😉

@MRS-K:  I love those names!! They are on my baby list 🙂  I prefer Rosalind, just because I see it as more classic.  I would pronounce them both the same way.
