I like it! I love the covered entry and large window in the front. The different roof lines saves it from being cookie cutter. The garage door only needs to be painted out to match the house itself so it doesn’t seem so imposing. Did they stain the stucco too?

I love the style of it! Very unique. I think it needs some new landscaping, maybe some colorful flowers. For me, it’s way too close to the neighbors house (but the smallest yard I ever lived on was two acres & I live on a lot more now). I’m guessing there isn’t much of a yard/privacy in the back. I love the shutters though! I also think the yard would look better with a few trees 🙂

Wow thanks for the responses. It is brick, which is kind of hard to tell in this picture.. it is finished, but only recently so… which is why the yard looks so crummy. And it hasn’t rained here in almost 2 months– so everything is dead haha
Our main concern has been the garage in the front. Which is why our “argument” has started! It is directly across the street from some friends of ours, so we have been keeping an eye on it while it has been built and now that we are starting to look at homes– this one stuck with me! Plus- I like the area it is in. Darling Husband is on the fence.

I think it is a nice modern layout… The garage is a bit overwhelming in the front, but I would definitely not skip it based on curb appeal, I think it is pretty decent looking!

It’s the norm here for the garage to look like that on the front of the house, the only thing that struck me was the brick color looking like plywood too but it might just be in pictures. I would totally live in it! Super cute.

I like the house. I think you could probably reduce the imact of the garage doors with a different paint color or a different garage door (although you should check with the HOA to see how easy/difficult that might be).

I like it.. I just think when you reroof it in the future, you should pick a different shingle color other than that I love it!!! Every house I’ve been in that had a garage, had the garage up front like that.

Honestly, I’m not a fan of a garage in the front of the house, we like it on the side where it is not visible. But other than that, I love the brick and colors! It looks really nice!

I like it. I have no problem with the garage where it is/as large as it is. My only concern, and it might just be this particular photo, but I don’t love the way the brick facade looks.

For me it’s a nay. All I see is garage, garage, garage.

What you can’t see from this pic is the lot size, which is about a 1/2 acre. A little smaller than I would prefer, but easier for Darling Husband to mow! Also- there are 3 trees planted in the back yard, with 1 on the left side ( not in the picture), so it would need some serious landscaping done!
