While it’s not my style, i could definately do it up really nice.  It has alot of potential to make it “you”

you can do some amazing landscaping with it

Not a huge fan of having the garage be the most prominent part of the house, but it wouldn’t be a deal breaker for me if I loved everything else. I’d definitely want a fence though!

I love it! I don’t mind the front garage though.

Before reading any comments- for me personally, no. Garage/house ratio from the street view is huge to me, so this house has violated my first big rule. I also am not a fan of entry arches that are 1 1/2 or 2 stories high.

The house otherwise has a nice feel to it. The pitches of the roof are something I like, and the shutters are a nice visual element. Sort of a southwest feel to it. However, my ‘too much garage’ issue extends to the yard, w/ the driveway being really wide and the yard seeming like an afterthought. The placement of the shrubs sort of cuts off the entry area rather than creating visual lines that invite guests in. The landscaping is all fixable, though.

Overall I think it’s a cute house although I agree with some of the previous posters that the window above the garage seems a bit small. I’d probably repaint the house though, the colors just don’t seem right to me. Here are 2 very quick ideas, please don’t mind the horrible photoshop job.

It does scream garage to me.   I think if you painted the shutters and front door a brighter color it would fade away.  Right now thefront door seems hidden.  But like everyone else said, it’s really the inside that counts.

Honestly, I dislike when the garage is foward of the house like that. It is putting way too much emphasis on the garage which is so odd to me. I know it is really common with new houses these days but I just don’t like it.

As far as the style, I think the windows and the roof line are interesting and the entry seems nice.

I can’t tell what kind of material is on the exterior though. What is that? Stucco?

I like it! It seems like new construction, but not in the obvious way that I hate.

I like it well enough. I’m not a fan of the big honkin’ garage and it looks like it has a small lot/close neighbors.

I’m not generally a big fan of big garages that take up a ton of space at the front of the house, but I still think the house is cute. The one thing other than the house itself I’d think about is the fact that it doesn’t look like you’d really have any privacy in that subdivision.

I don’t love the garage placement like others have mentioned but to me it looks so DARK and gloomy from the curb! The front door looks like it’s haunted. I think with some landscaping and an exterior makeover the garage & darkness could be fixed though.
