I like it!
I like it!
I don’t particularly like the colour or the material they used (stucco?), but I like the general shape, where things are, etc.
Um, if you guys don’t buy it, can me and my Darling Husband buy it?!?! LOVE. The garage in the front is not a big deal to me. It’s pretty common in our area, and I don’t think it looks bad. I love the color as well. The exterior is gorgeous, and if you say the interior has everything you want, and in your desired area I would go for it!
While I would choose a side facing garage if I was custom building a house, the front facing garage that everyone is pointing out wouldn’t be a deal breaker to me. We jsut bought a house we LOVE a couple of months ago with a front facing garage. I think the house is really cute overall and definitely not cookie-cutter.
If you love the inside, the price is right, and it is in an area you like – I’d definitely go for it!
@Mrs.KMM: They’re able to take this floor plan and build to our modifications… But we would need to purchase a plot in the subdivision first and they’re not starting the new development for another 6-8 months. It is tentatively set for 2013 according to their website and right now they’re out surveying. Darling Husband and I at this point are weighing all our options– building is not off the table just yet! We also have some other things in the mix career wise, that are super far fetched– so I’m hoping that if we do relocate at some point in the distant future it will be to a desirable area like the one this home is in. We love the location!
I’d live there! Love the window in the front.
Adding some large bushes and shrubbery in the front and along the side would do wonders. Also lawn treatment/thicker, fuller grass. It’s nice as is but having some landscaping improvements would make a HUGE difference to the overall appearance, IMO.
I like it a lot.
I really love it! It doesn’t look like your generic home, it has character
I like it. With some more mature landscaping, it would be even better.
