My SO and I smoke once a week or so. My SO suffers from extreme anxiety and panic attacks, and although it is illegal, it really really helps him with his mind frame.
Me and my SO do it everyday, it helps relax both of us after a long day of work, we talk more, giggle, cuddle, i love it. 🙂
So nothing good comes from those who use marijuana to help with certain illnesses?
Sounds pretty ridiclous to me.
That happens often lol.
Thats ok more for us!!!!!!!!
😀
We smoke weed, so that means we are going to “shoplift and cause havoc”.
Best joke I’ve heard all day!
hahahah its cuz ur a dirty dope smoker you positive thinking dirty bird!
I knew a woman who had done time for fraud and embezzlement. She told me this long after we met.
She lectured me about weed and looked down on me for smoking it. Can you imagine?
I told her that smoking weed is not nearly as terrible as being a thief. I also said that people in glass houses could not throw stones and maybe she needed to go back to jail where she belonged.
We don’t talk anymore. Good riddance to that idiot!
yeah truly!!!!! Ive had acouple people look down on me for smoking everyday, I just laugh!
I love that saying, it fits so well,
dont throw stones at a glass house!!!!!
So I got to reading all the pretentious babble from two years ago and was like, I’m gonna throw a curve ball into this bullshit because guess what?
I FUCKING LOVE IT. I used to be a huge stoner in college, and I’m fortunate enough to have a pretty high up career with a large retail company that doesn’t drug test. Now I do it maybe 2-3 times a month. Nothing better than blazing it up, dipping cheetos in sour cream and Domino’s sauces and binge watching TV.
I’ve never tried it and never will. My husband has tried it twice, once recreationally in high school and once as a pain management method (it didn’t work. Apparently lasted him all of thirty minutes before the pain came back).
I drink very ocasionally and abhor cigarettes. I don’t judge people who smoke cigarettes (I’m going to assume we all know the risks in an educated society), its more a personal issue do to the number of people in my family with lung cancer and other smoking related illnesses. As for smoking pot? My only issue is the legality. Legalize it universally and I won’t care.
Ill bite.
Hell yes I smoke weed! (about every day too) Some people have a glass of wine when they come home from work to unwind, I smoke a bowl. Everyone has their vices. Mine is plant based.
I have ‘smoked’ marijuana three times (each time it was a puff or two of a cigarette, so I’m not sure ‘smoked’ is the right word). The first time was when I was 14 with my friends’ older siblings friends, as I felt pressured into trying it. The second and third times were with my first boyfriend, (I was 16/17) who smoked it nearly every day.
My issue with marijuana is that it’s a ‘gate way’ drug. Perhaps it’s different in other countries, but in Australia and NZ it seems to be the introduction to E, cocaine and P (methamphetamine).
I am one of four people I know who have smoked marijuana a few times and that’s it. Everyone else I know (mainly from College) who tried and then continued to smoke marijuana (at least 25 people) have all tried A class drugs – many use them daily/weekly. I know of two people who have died; three who have lost their children, their families, their homes etc.; and every one of them is struggling in life.
Because of my experience I find it very difficult to believe people can have happy, healthy and successful lives if they smoke marijuana regularly. That’s not to say it can’t happen – I obviously don’t know every person in the world – but I have never seen it, which I why I choose not to smoke marijuana (or do any other form of illegal drugs).
