I did play the piano and the clarinet. I got bored of the piano and did clarinet lessons at school but they stopped when we reached 14. I have bought a beginners book for the clarinet a couple of years ago but have yet to pick it up seriously. Hopefully one day…

Btw, Saxophone is a woodwind instrument (reed).  I played the clarinet for 6 years.

Just so you know a saxophone is a woodwind instrument because it uses a reed similar to how a clainet does 🙂 Don’t let the brass bell fool you!

I play jazz and classical alto saxophone and have since I was a little girl. I’ve always gotten the Lisa Simpson jokes throughout school.

I sing and play piano and bass guitar. When I was 11, my aunt-mom and grandma surprised me with a second-hand piano for Christmas and I began taking lessons. I took lessons formally until I was 19, but I still play at every opportunity (though we can’t exactly have my piano in our tiny little apartment). I picked up bass when I was 19, too, and play occasionally. Not as often as I’d like…I should get back into that habit.

In middle school/ high school I primarily played flute and some piano.  Then I drifted off to play… trombone, French horn, guitar, and a little violin.  Today I can play the flute and some piano.  I haven’t really kept up with it though :/

I play the bass clarinet/clarinet well, and dabbled in the trumpet, flute, saxaphone.  I bought a keyboard a couple years ago and have been trying to teach myself, but it’s HARD!

I picked other. I’m a singer, but I played clarinet in high school and I studied music comp. in college. I am also a certified chorus director. Oh, I can play a tiny bit of piano as well.

I play clarinet, saxophone, and flute. I studied music in college, but I’ve fallen off quite a bit now.

I’ve always wanted to take lessons, but I don’t play any instruments.  🙁

My Fiance sings and plays the guitar (electric and acoustic) beautifully, however.  He’s much more musically inclined than I am!
