Yes, I without a doubt remember it even though it was over 9 years ago. We were just sitting in his dorm room hanging out on his bed, he gave me a look that let me know it was coming and then he kissed me. It was sweet and simple. I actually wrote a poem about it the next day (I know, what a dork) and although I wrote poetry before that it was never about a guy.
We knew each other for about 2 or 3 weeks before that kiss, and I actually had been at a party and pretty much kissed every guy but him (because I knew better).

It was after a fun filled night and yes, our first “real” date. We’d been trying for a few weeks to pencil each other in, but the holidays were fast approaching.
When we did, we went to dinner first at an amazing Cajun restaurant and then we went to see “Charlie Wilson’s War”. It was cold, we held hands on the way out, and he’d parked off to the side of the theater and it was where there was lots of trees and you could clearly see the stars and the moon.
Before I got in, he kissed me. Rest? History 🙂

we had our first kiss after about 2 weeks of dating (we were LD so it was only our 2nd or 3rd date). we always had an annual ugly sweater party at my apartment, so we went to dinner before hand. my roommates had put up a ton of mistletoe to increase the odds of the first kiss happening. Although we didn’t have the first kiss under it, i proceeded to kiss him many times that night underneath! he was surprised i was so forward, but i was just glad he had finally made the move!

We were not even dating at the time. We had met, liked each other but both of our families were around because we met at our families’ mutual vacation spot. He asked me to go for a walk around the bay of the lake holding hands. The frogs were croaking and we giggled. He took my chin in his hands and kissed me.
Totally dizzy and sparky. It was really cold that evening and I don’t recall being cold after the kiss!

Outside my dorm in 2004. After our second date to see a “The Taming of the Shrew” on campus. It was awkward because I am slightly taller than him. Since then we have adjusted our kissing style and it is no longer awkward.

I definitely remember it, and we actually have a picture of it, weird as that sounds! We weren’t actually dating yet, but we were out with some friends and we were posing for goofy pictures with each other, like making silly faces, doing different poses, etc. Someone shouted “Now kiss!” so we did, and our friend snapped a pic 🙂 Our first REAL kiss was later that night, but luckily no cameras were around for that one!

Yes!!!! It’s funny … we also did the “friend” thing too. We obviously fell in love =) One night we were just hanging out and watching a movie and he reached over and started to kiss me! I was like because I secretly was already in love with him … ok this now sounds weird …. haha
That was the very first time we kissed and it was out of this world steamy hot sexy kisses …

Awww, I remember. It was after our third date and he walked me back to my car and kissed me. And then bolted. Hee!! He was really nervous, he told me later. 🙂

Yes, we both remember it, because it was terrible.
It was my 20th birthday (7-22-06). We’d been friends for two years before we started dating, and had talked about the possibility of dating for two months (long distance, while I was out of town) before I came back into town on 7/17. We only saw each other at work for the first few days, but on my birthday, we went out. It was the most perfect date ever, like, so perfect it could have been in a movie (this includes the part where we got totally lost in a neighborhood we weren’t familar with, for an hour).
He gave me my birthday gift, which was, of course, perfect. And then we kissed. It was overzealous and messy and possibly the worst kiss of my life. People walked by and whistled snarkily at us (I think they thought we were drunk). Our feelings for each other had just been building up for so long that we were both way too excited about the first kiss. I walked away from that night thinking, “This cannot be right! He canNOT be a bad kisser!”
Lucky for us, every one since then has been perfect. In fact, just a couple of days later came a kiss that he still remembers every detail of to this day. He calls it the best kiss of his life. I’m very impressed that he remembers things like that.

So glad I’m not the only first-date kissers! Our first date was kind of hilarious… I had a drink more than maybe I should, we left the bar we were hanging out at (nice, quiet bar) and met up with his friends at a dance/music type bar, and I proceeded to make out with him in front of oh, everyone he knew. I was also too drunk to drive home so I slept in bed with him on top of his covers and in my clothes, LOL!!!! Nothing happened but kisses but I knew it was something big!! We then had what we call our 1st and a half date when we went to breakfast. It was amazing 🙂

You guys all have the greatest sweet stories full of meaning.
I’m with all the drunk random bar hookups but I also think we had 2 1st kisses.
Technically, our 1st kiss was the night we met (Jan 02) while saying g’bye on the curb outside of a bar at 4am. We were both smashed & I think the only thing making either of us dizzy was the Jameson. All I really remember? My 2 girlfriends watching & laughing at us from inside the waiting cab.
The 2nd was 5yrs later. We broke up in ’03 (after over a year together) & didn’t get back together till ’07 when he typed my name into Google and found me on myspace. I tried my best to avoid meeting up with him. I went to a concert at MSG & who ends up 4 rows behind me? Can you imagine? Of all those seats in freakin’ Madison Sq. Garden?!? He convinced me (no, he convinced my girlfriend who was with me) to go get a drink & then said all those incredible things you always day-dream your ex-boyfriend should say & then asked if I’d consider giving him a chance to make up for the past 4years.
After a speech like that, who wouldn’t give the guy a smooch & a chance?

Our first kiss was the night of our first date. We went with some friends to a bar and then hung out after. I had to drive my friend home, she was in the back of my car with her date while Darling Husband and I were outside talking. After awhile, my friend was ready to go and her and her date (both drunk) kept saying to kiss each other 🙂 So he finally kissed me and it was great. Didnt think we would be kissing each other 6 years later but Im so happy we did!

I’m jumping on the longest one night stand ever bandwagon!
It was Dec. 23, 2003. We were supposed to go out while I was at home for Thanksgiving break that year, but I had the flu then, so had to postpone ’til Christmas break.
First date, first kiss, and a few other firsts that night.

I told him I”d punch him in the face if he kissed me. He did it anyways. I lied I guess =]

If you count when we met (in a bar) as our first date, then our first kiss was on our second date. At a red light in his car… DEFINITELY memorable!!
