I do. I do custom invitations and graphic design. I also do photography occasionally. Not as much as I should.

I run a small candy store, doesn’t make too much money but it sure is a nice place to be day in and day out.

I work for the oil company my grandpa started! He passed it to my dad who will pass it on to me when he retires. Probably not what you had in mind though lol!

I have a candle shop.  We carry 120+ scents of soy that you can mix together to create your own.

I also have a relatively successful jewelry business thanks to a hobby that exploded into an income-generator.

I own a small shop where I sell tuxedos.  They are former rentals that have been rotated out of stock by the big rental companies.

I’m in grad school too, so my shop is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, and by appointment during the week.  But it works for me.

SamanthaLovesJames:  I use to run my own graphic designing business form home, I did promotional gifts and advertising material, never really made that much money doing it. Finally after many years of doing artsy fartsy stuff because I am good at it, I finally took the leap and am now hard at work building my passion into a business! I am a qualified dog trainer have my own puppy school, just started a doggy bakery from home and will be launching my doggy blog soon! I am so happy and blessed to be able to do it, as my SO takes most of the financial responsibility and allows me to chase my dream!

My advice to you would be that being good at something doesn’t necessarily mean that you are passionate about it. Don’t listen to what people around you say, remember perception is reality. You know your truth, go with your gut and when in doubt don’t!
