This weight “loss” is all from no bread, sugar, or meat. Do you see a difference?
I can’t exercise until my condition gets better per my cardiologist, so I’ve been trying to eat better and healthier. (Severe Left Ventricular Hypertropy and IHCM Idiopathic Hypertropy Cardiomyopaty)
But I’m having some issues seeing the change and I feel like I’m about to quit before the miracle…..
So be honest, tell me if you see a difference….
Here’s my before at 213, lost the weight from exercising and eating better. This was before I found out about my heart condition.

and this is where I’m not seeing a difference

Definitely!!! You should do measurements also – that is a big motivator for me when I see inches lost! Keep up the good work!

your collar bones are more defined now, that’s usually a good indicator for me.

@Porkchop: Absolutely! You look great! Do Not Quit…you’ve made such good progress! Your arms are more tone, your waistline is cutting in and your tummy is getting flatter. Keep going – you got this!

Thanks!! The first picture was 213, the Dec 12, 2012 picture was 153 and todays picture – I don’t know the weight because I’m too scared of looking at the scale : )
I definitley like taking measurements but everytime I don’t move mountains I get unmotivated too.
So by just the feeling of feeling great, that’s how I get by and with pictures.
But lately it just doesn’t seem like theres a difference.
So thanks for all the help!

yes,i see a big difference.your arms look thinner and your wasit and stomache look much slimmer and toned.keep up the good work,it is paying off.

@Porkchop: I absolutely see a difference! Your waist is more defind and your breasts look trimmer or firmer…tummy not so flabby! Good for you!
