I never take my ring off, I am to scared to loose it.  The only time I do take it off is when I am putting lotion on and I put it back on immediately. I am such an air head that I could very well forget it.

lol that’s not a reading fail, that’s a thread poll inconsistency fail. I voted wrong too.

I take my ring off to shower. I take my ring off once I get home, let alone in the shower.

Damnit. I also voted wrong. I should have voted yes, I take my ring off before I shower.

I leave it on for most things as I had a previous ring stolen by the cable guy.

So I wear it to shower.

You can’t pry this ring off me for anything Smile I wear it everywhere all the time. I just wash my hands after I put lotion on or anything and that clears up any goop.

Depends.  I take my ring off to shower in the morning but I leave it on to take a quick shower after the gym.

I put on lotion after the shower so I always take it off before that.

Add me to the ‘I voted wrong’ list.  I take mine off to shower every single time.

Oops. I voted wrong, as well.

I’m really bad. I waited a long ass time for this ring and yet, I don’t wear it as much as I should. Like, I have yet to put it on today.

I don’t wear it when I’m sleeping, I don’t wear it when I’m working out (running, cycling, swimming, etc.), I don’t wear it when I’m bathing or cleaning around the house. I wear it when I leave the house to go shopping or out about 80% of the time. I think it’s because I couldn’t wear it to my old job, so I’m not in a big habit of putting it on all the time since I don’t like to sleep with it. I have to have my Fiance remind me to put it on before going out to dinner. :/

I take my ring off all the time.  I hate when it gets wet under the ring and I always take it off to put lotion on, cook, clean/housework, garden, go to the gym…I think my ring is off more than it’s on.

I voted wrong too…. I take it off when I shower and when I cook and do dishes, but that’s pretty much it.

I also voted incorrectly. I take my ring off to sleep, shower, clean, do dishes, or workout. It surprises a lot of people that I don’t wear it 24/7, but I don’t want it to snag on bedding, my hair, or knock my stone loose in the sink, or ruin the metal with bleach.

I do leave it on when washing my hands after going to the loo, but take it off when applying lotion.

I am one of the few who read everything.  I actually got the voting right but mine is a “forever promise” ring and not a full engagement ring yet. This ring is CZ, and was $40 but I love it.  He wants to upgrade to a real diamond and gold once we are within 18 months of being married.  That is his definition of engaged , “planning wedding stage” rather then “forever committment”.  Sorry I didnt mean to vent on this post.
