I don’t.  I generally sleep naked.  But I have quite a small chest anyways 🙂  I have heard about the decreased sagging but I prefer nudity.

I have slept in a bra before out of being lazy after a really late night, and all I wanted to do was sleep. It didn’t hinder my sleep, but I prefer not having one on like everyone else. I’m also larger chested, btw.

Ouch no way!  I’m not sure if there are real benefits.  Someone I knew growing up wore one at night and it seemed like her boobs were permanently in bra shape, but she was also in high school so not a lot of time for gravity to take effect.

I am pretty small chested but hell to the no. I take my bra off as soon as I get home from work. Now that I think about it, I take it off as soon as I get home from anything. I HATE wearing a bra!

There are times where I’m wearing a hoodie and I go to the store without a bra on. That’s how small I am and that’s how much I hate wearing a bra!

@Diet Coke:  I never sleep in one, with the exception of when I’m sleeping in front of other  people (roommates in college, summer camp, family vacations where I have to share a room with my brothers ect.) and its really hot I switch from a tshirt to an exercise bra. I tend to wear them a little big cuz I have my mom’s handme downs (she orders them online and if they’re too small I get them, shes a 36 and I’m a 32, so they tend to be a little big). I occasionally fall asleep with the underwire bras I wear for day time still on and then I’m sore the whole next day.

I’ve heard that sleeping in a bra will make your boobs sag. No idea if this is true, or what kinds count, but I don’t sleep in one usually just to be on the safe side lol.

The ONLY time I sleep in a bra is if I spend the night at someone’s house in their living room.  Otherwise, my girls need to be free to move at night!

@MlleBrielle: “There are times where I’m wearing a hoodie and I go to the store without  a bra on.” I do that too! I’m not that tiny (32C) but I do it when I’m feeling crappy and its a short trip. If I go braless too long I get nervous about nipilitus. I do like shirts with built in bras though.

Nope! I hear it messes with your lymhpnodes (too much pressure, cuts off drainage) and can lead to breast cancer or something crazy!

I can’t stand wearing a bra to bed. If I’m a guest as someone’s home then I bring a cami with a built in bra or put one on when I wake up before I emerge from the bedroom.

I chose kitten with mittens… just for fun 🙂

I hate wearing bras. I do wear them to be socially acceptable in public (but sometimes go without because I’m only a 34B) but as soon as I get home that bra comes off.

heck no! I only have a bra on when I leave the house or have guests! 😀 These big girls gotta breathe! oh, but If my boobs are sore, I wear a cotton sports bra around the house and to bed.

Yes, I am very top heavy so I feel I need the support at night. My doc says bra, no bra, doesn’t really matter as long as I’m comfortable.
