    Yes, and no issues!

    Yes, but I’ve had issues.

No, because I feel uncomfortable with it sleeping.

No, too worried about a diamond falling out

I sleep with mine on most of the time. If you’re worried just make sure you have your prongs checked by a jeweler and tightened if needed

I don’t even wear my rings at home at all. Only when I leave the house.

@Westwood:  same. No rings at home pretty much ever.

I take off all jewelry when I go to bed – usually when I get home at the end of the day. I sleep with my hand under my chin, so rings tend to impress themselves into my flesh (haha). I also don’t like feeling like a ring is stuck on my swollen fingers in the morning. I have a little ring holder dish I keep next to my bedside for this purpose.

When I was married I wore both my rings at first, but the nighttime finger swelling was annoying, plus they got dirtier much faster. When you sleep your ring is rubbing against your skin picking up a lot of oils and skin cells.

9 years and I always sleep with both engagement ring and wedding band on. Didnt realize it was a big no-no… never had any issues.

I sleep with my engagement ring because I wouldn’t be able to put it back on in the morning (my fingers are very swollen every morning)

Both my husband and I sleep with our rings on and have had no issues. I also have a diamond wedding band and it’s been perfectly fine!

Nope, not for me. I’m kind of crazy about keeping my rings clean and pristine though, so I don’t want to risk the additional risk of damage. I also clean them before putting them on.

I have always slept in my full set of Diamond Ering, band and RHR. I do not wear my solitare necklace when I sleep.

No idea that everyone takes their rings off to sleep! Never had any issues.

The only time I remove my ering is for travel.  I am actually thinking of getting a silver CZ replica of my ering for wearing when I travel.

I don’t wear any jewelry when I sleep, other than a medic alert bracelet for an anaphylactic allergy. And the bracelet is loose enough that it doesn’t bother me.

My fingers tend to swell sometimes when I sleep, so I find it uncomfortable to wear rings when I am asleep.  I also lost a ring that way once, in a hotel, and I didn’t realize it until we’d checked out and were halfway home.

I don’t even sleep in earrings, I find it uncomfortable.

@solitairelover:  nope, I don’t wear any jewelry to bed. I take off my rings and jewelry when I get home to work out and leave them off the rest of the night.

I sleep in both my e-ring and diamond band.  My fingers swell when I sleep.  Not so much that my rings are uncomfortablewhen I sleep in them, but enough to make it very difficult to get them on in the morning.  By mid-morning, they are spinning.  Never had any issues with prongs, etc.

I have two small children, no dishwasher, a garden, and a farm. My rings don’t come off. Ever. We bought the insurance plan and as long as I have it inspected every 6 months, I can have any stone replaced, prongs tightened, redipped, resized, etc. The only time I haven’t worn my ring for extended periods of time was when they didn’t fit due to pregnancy/post-partum.

What? You’re not supposed to sleep with your e ring? News to me! Mine is 2.5 carats and I’ve worn it every night to bed no issue.
