I only take mine off for putting on lotion, if I’m cleaning and it might get gross or if I have to cook/bake with my hands. Other than those exceptions, that baby stays on!

@baileyjosephine:  I take it off in the shower because FH makes me, other than that I don’t usually take it off – unless I’m getting my hands into something really icky.

I take mine off to shower and to sleep. That’s about it.

I think once I have a wedding band I might leave the e-ring at home when I work out because it does sometimes get in the way.

Those reasons and when cooking something messy are the only times I take them off. πŸ™‚

I only take it off to shower and wash dishes or bathe the kiddos so basically anything that has to do with water I avoid. I dont take it off when I’m out in public (including washing my hands) because I have almost left my ring in Marshalls when I went to the bathroom and I’m still scarred from that experience.

Shower yes, gym no, b/c I don’t want to loose it and don’t feel safe leaving it in my car or locker.

I take off my rings to shower all the time. I will take my rings off if I’m doing weights because I wear gloves and dont want my ringer to be under them but if I do yoga or run I keep them on

I sleep in my rings but take them off when cleaning, showering, etc. I’m not sure if I’ll be running with them or not, I lost about 5 pounds post surgery and now they’re loose!

My ring rarely ever leaves my finger. I do everything with it on.

I only take mine off after I shower when I put on lotion / hair stuff, and when I lift weights (hurts my finger) and mountain bike (could crash and severely eff it up).

Besides that, it stays on – I’m waaaay more likely to lose it by taking it off than to damage it when on.  It’s over 100 years old and was my great-grandmother’s, so that shit is priceless!

I take mine off before bed and put it back on after I shower in the morning.  I also take mine off when I go to the gym, but I do crossfit which is a lot of barbell movements and I don’t want to scratch up the bottom of my ring!

I take them off to shower and if I’m working out with weights. For running or yoga I leave them on. I’m afraid the weights will scratch the band.
