I take my e-ring off when I sleep, shower, clean, work out, work in the yard, etc.

It comes off when I go to bed (so I don’t hurt my Fiance, haha), when I shower, and when I cook/bake something and I have to get my hands in it. Other than that it’s permantly on my finger.

I take my rings off occasionally–if I’m painting, making meatloaf, cleaning with bleach.  I never leave the house without them and every time I take them off, I always put them back in the box.  I’m afraid that I’d lose them, so I want to make sure I’m keeping track of them at all times.

I take mine off for showering, rock climbing, swimming, and heading to the gym. I also work as a nurse in a hospital – at first I always took my ring off before going to work, but I think it hurt my fiance’s feelings becuase he bought me an e-ring with an in-set diamond so I could put gloves on over it at work (what a sweetheart!). But I am not wearing gloves for everything. I wash my hands like mad, but I still wonder if my ring is keeping any germs.

i take my rings off when I got to bed and put them on after I shower in the morning.  Also if I’m working with dirt.  Other than that they’re always on (but I never go to the gym) 😉

I take mine off here and there, but I wear it most of the time, although I’ve been thinking about getting a stand in ring for work.  I work for the housing authority, and i’m on site in the projects quite a bit.  I’d hate if it were stolen.

Every time I take my ring off I seem to hurt myself. So… I don’t anymore. I think it’s bad luck for me to take it off!

i wear my plain gold band all the time (except when mushing meat/dough or when applying handcream), and i don’t wear my e-ring anymore. it’s an heirloom item and i don’t like gems / jewlry with prongs

I take them off when I’m showering, working out, washing dishes.  Sometimes when I wake up in the morning, my wedding band is tight, so I’ll take them both off for a couple hours.

Wow. Am I the only one that never takes her ring? Ever? When we first got engaged I used to take my e-ring every night before bed because I wasn’t used to it. Now that I’m used it, it never comes off.  I guess I don’t cook really messy foods! 😉

I am more afraid to lose it if I leave it somewhere than if I have it on me!

like most of you, i take mine off when I wash dishes, shower and workout!  But otherwise it is always on my finger!  I hate having to take it off!
