Hi everyone. I’m just curious if any of you talk in your sleep? I’ve always known that I do because sometimes I will wake myself up mid-sentence, or wake up laughing or something. But until I moved in with Fiance, I never realized how much I actually do!
One morning he told me in the middle of the night I said “Do you have a big… BIG… block of cheese?” Haha. So random.
If you talk in your sleep, what are some crazy things other’s have heard you say?

@MissKit: LOL that’s funny. I haven’t been told what I’ve said, I’m sure I say stuff, but my husband ALWAYS says “mmm….m….hmmm….mmhmmm” like for a freaking hour!!! In a really quite, sort of whispery voice too. It’s wierd as f*ck.

@MissKit: I’m sleeping, so I don’t know 😉
Fiance says that I do, and I believe him. I’ve heard it before from my sister. As for snoring, no I do not, and I don’t believe Fiance about that one 😛

Darling Husband is a crazy demon worshipper in his sleep. He does this thing where he’ll JOLT out of bed in the middle of the night and start singing or yelling the weirdest shit out of nowhere. I’m usually asleep, so I just ignore it, but a lot of times it’s lyrics to a song, or just a poem, or random words. It’s so bizarre and it freaks the hell out of me.

LOL that’s funny.
I don’t talk in my sleep, but Fiance does (and snores ) The most recent sleep talking incident he said “Damn lady, you have some big balls”. WTH?

I have a couple of times, according to Fiance…
Example; we were on holiday in Rome, I was trying to sleep while he sat watching the only music channel which played English stuff. Every other song was Italian, though, and at one point I apparently yelled at him, “Turn that Italian Rap Off!” and then rolled over and went back to sleep.
I do not remember this – I don’t think I was awake.

@honie309: Haha my dad does that in his sleep. Not so much in a whispery voice because it can be quite loud!
@MrsPanda99: I don’t snore usually but Fiance does. He told me once I snored one night and I don’t know if I believe him!
@QueenOfSerendip: Wow that would scare me too! Does he wake up as he’s doing it? Or is he asleep the whole time?
@Artificial-Sweetener: Haha that’s crazy! Don’t think I’d want to know what he was dreaming!

Haha I don’t think I do, but a few nights ago my fiancé was sleeping in the guest room (due to snoring!) and I woke up randomly in the middle of the night, our cat was with me, and I heard him fart and then say “oh haiiiiii”. Talking to the… fart? He was definitely asleep because I told him about it the next day and he didn’t remember. He figured he was talking to our cat but nope, kitty was sound asleep beside me!

I also used to walk in my sleep when I was younger. This can be equally freaky… Once on vacation in Big Bear, I wound up crying behind a caddy corner tv tangled in a bunch of cords. My parents had no idea how I got back there. When my brother and I were young once we both slept walked at the same time into my parents room! My mom had us go back to our beds (all without waking us up). I used to wear a big retainer growing up, sometimes I would wake up and I would not have it in my mouth, I would later find it in some random spot in the house.

Apparently I do. The other night (on our honeymoon haha) I was saying, “Stop. Stop. STOP.” and Darling Husband was like, “I’M NOT DOING ANYTHING TO YOU.” hahaha. He told me it’s frustrating when I wake him up talking. It wasn’t the first time, and I guarantee you it won’t be the last! haha

@Artificial-Sweetener: You just reminded me with your sleepwalking story.
When I was younger I pulled a move straight out of a Korean horror flick. My parents were up late, watching TV, and they told me that I had walked into the living room, from my bedroom, and stood beside the couch, facing them, motionless. Like just stood there. A few minutes later I turned around and went back to bed. Yea….. I was a freaky child.

@MissKit: I talk in my sleep all the time but I do it more when it is hot out. The other night my husband was watching TV in bed and I was sleeping and then I turned to him and said “I feel like a shiny rock in a jar” hahaahhaha He was like what the hell? He told me thins when I woke up to go to the bathroom. I also catch myself talking in my sleep and recall myself asking my husband something totally ridiculous that makes no sense

I definitely do from time to time, though it is usually just babbling nonsense. But one time I really got myself into trouble back when I was with my ex … I apparently sat up in bed, turned to him and said “[ex’s name] can NEVER find out about this.”
He was SO mad at me, for days, desperately demanding to know what secrets I was keeping from him. But I honestly, hand to God, have no f***ing idea what I was talking about. I wasn’t cheating on him or keeping anything from him. Weird!!!

Apparently, I had fallen asleep really quickly and Fiance was still reading (we read before bedtime). I guess I rolled over, facing him, looked at him (eyes open!) and mumbled something. He was like, “What, babe?” and I said, “Attack me! I’m sleepin’!” giggled, and hid under the covers. lol

I totally talk in m sleep, but I don’t really know what I say. My Fiance just tells me in the morning. Sometimes I feel like I know I’m doing it, but am sleeping, so can’t stop myself.
