It looks simple enough.  Best thing is for you to ask THEM.  Sometimes they will do a custom dress, sometimes they won’t.  I’ve emailed once to change the color of one of their social dresses, and I was told they can’t change the color (even though it lets your choose a color on the order selection).

If they say no, you can try Fabulous U.  I ordered bridesmaids dresses from them based on good reviews by other Bees.  http://www.thefabulousu.com

Definitely, I hear they can do wonders! Maybe pay for the upgraded fabric for the satin?

This is quite an easy thing to dobut would take two people to or perfectly fitting dress maker doll to get all the folds in the right places. It is very simular in affect to a bustle but done all around so you would need quite a long train on the back of the dress to start.

If you search’ how to bustel a gown ‘ there isa video that shows you a french bustle (a purple bed sheet in the video) which would work well for the back first.

There is another video called’ how to make an 1870s bustle skirt’ that uses ribbons to hang the fabric skirt on which would work well to do the front and sides but rather then marking set amounts on each ribbons. I would just us new safty pins to pin the hanging fabric to the ribbons and ajust as you go around to get the best effect.

    Hope this helps a little.

Sorry i miss read. I thought you asked can it be done rather then can dressilyme do it for you. Anyway yes the hem line can be made like that quite easy, as a steamstress myself I have done simular. It just takes time to get all the fabric hanging right.
