I know that they’re slightly different (rhinestones, pearls, beads, etc.) but what do you think? Do these look good together? Mainly, is the headband + a necklace too much?
Here’s a rundown of the wedding:
- Colors: Eggplant purple and fern green
- Style: It’s a backyard wedding on a lake
- My Dress: I’m wearing a tea-length dress (originally a mullet style, but I’m having the bottom hemmed to be straight across)
- Bouquet: Brooch bouquet being made by my mom
- Shoes: Purple suede heels

I think those shoes and that necklace are made for each other! They are both very pretty. I’m not 100% sold on the headband as I’m not a big headband fan. It also looks a bit silver whereas the other two accessories are more pearlescent.

I personally either have the necklace OR the headband. I would wear both of them together.

I too am not a big fan of headbands (especially the ribbon ones), but I do love that necklace. I think the two togeher may be a little too much IMO.

What are you doing with your hair? Do you have bangs? I feel like a thinner one could go nicely with that dress.

Necklace and shoe clips. How about a similar bracelet as the necklace.

@Juliepants: Here’s my haircut. I’m planning on doing my own hair and either wearing it as you see in the photo (plus accessory of some sort) or having a bridesmaid/my mom take a curling iron to it.
Another option I was considering apart from the headband:

I think the necklace is the only thing that is a bit much. I think I’d go for a simpler style.
The headband is HOT and I love the shoe clips!!!

I vote necklace and headband. I’m not sure about those shoe clips with those shoes because the materials are different.

I like the headband and the pearls.
