I think that having the same type of dresses will make yours less special…

I’m not in love with it, I think the dresses are too similar? WHat if the bridesmaids wear different style dress, can they wear little black dresses and than have the different colored sashes? or colored accessories?

i think with the similarities between the dresses it may end up looking like a uniform.

Just tooooo much. I think having your daughter wear a similar dress might be cute, depending on her age, but if your choices have not been finalized, I would be looking at other dresses for the bridesmaids.

I say do something different for the Bridesmaids. I agree with the too matchy.

You’re right, they do fit very well together. But you don’t want all the girls to have to same dress as you. I feel like (at least the bridesmaids) dresses will take away from yours. Yours should be the most special 🙂 It is a gorgeous dress!

If your dress is going to be the one you posted, everyone elses, including the flower girl should be in a solid coloured dress that has no beading or details.

I would put the bridesmaids in one shade of sky blue but NOT the same as your dress and then for the flower girl perhaps she could have the palest of sky blues for her dress.

I would link some ideas here but I can’t while at work.

Too matchy. Also, I don’t know if I read your post right (running on fumes here, energy-wise), but are you having rainbow bridesmaids, more or less?

I also agree with it being too matchy matchy.  I think colored sashes for the bridesmaids would be pretty though.

Agreed, I think the bridesmaids dresses look too much like your dress

I’m sorry if I sound mean but all matching dresses in mismatched colors, some pastels and some bold… I would rethink that. It just sounds like too much.

I like the idea of you and your daughter having the same style, but think that the syle of the bridesmaids dresses should be a little different.

My cousin’s dress was very similar to yours (her panel was lavendar).  The flower girl matched.  The bridesmaids wore a dress that had the same neckline as the one you have picked, but the dress wasn’t a-line like the bride, it had pickups, and was all one solid color with no detailing in the back.  I thought it looked nice, and made the bride stand apart.
