Honestly, Chrlotte is my favorite, but I think that Avery definately sounds like a girl’s name o me, and is very pretty.

Out of those, I personally would do Charlotte or Paige.

@roxy821:  Well technically people may call her Ken for short with either name, Kenzie or Kendall.  You would just have to correct them if you don’t like it.  I doubt it would be a serious problem though.  If you’re worried about little kids making fun of her and calling her Ken like the barbie-man, I really don’t think kids are that clever. My niece’s name is Kenzie & she has given herself the nickname of KenKen.  I think its cute, and since thats what she likes to call herself, we’ve started calling her that too.

I think it is pretty gender neutral.

FWIW, Paige is by far my favorite name of your list.

I would think girl more than boy – but it is a pretty neutral name 🙂

either way for sure- cute for a boy or a girl. you could play with the spelling to make it more ‘girly’– maybe adding an ie or ey to the end?

When I was little, I knew a boy named Avery. However, this has gotten more & more popular as a girl’s name. When I hear it now, I automatically think “girl.” It’s cute. Perhaps if you felt it sounded too “boyish” you could spell it “Averie.” I know a little who spells it that way. Cute!

I just think of Avery Bullock – Stan’s (male) boss in American Dad

I think of it as a boys name but I like unisex names so much! So I’d say go for it! My name is Sam and my FIs name is Taylor our names could be either gender so I might be biased.

I THINK girl, but I wouldn’t be weirded out in any way if it were a boy. It works for both, my first instinct just says girl.

I think of it as a girl’s name, but I could see it being for a boy as well.

Like some PPs, I immediately think of Avery Jessup from 30 Rock. I’ve always thought it was a girl’s name, though, and a very pretty one. Of the names you listed Paige is my favorite.

I kind of think of it as a boy name but only because I knew a male Avery and never a female. I also knew a male Kendall and several male Kenzie’s funnily enough. This could be because I live in England though. Some of our popular boy names are popular girl names in the states and vice versa.

For what it’s worth, my favourite name on your list is Paige 🙂
