i just started WW last week to help me portion control and lose those 10 pounds for the wedding. i am alloted 22 points a day plus the extra 35 a week. i’m training for a half marathon so i’ve been racking up a lot of activity points as well. my question is, do you use all of your daily points? how often do you use the 35 extra points and can you still lose weight if you go over the daily points?

I always use ALL of my daily points (that is probably one of the most important rules of weight watchers – you have to eat to lose) and then my weekly points are flexible – if I work out a lot I use more if I am not so active in a week I use less! But I always lose even if I eat ALL of weekly points – and activity points are just a bonus – but I have never eaten away my activity points!

ALWAYS use all my points, including weeklies. I’m down 23 pounds. =)
