@sweetchiquita12:  Generally speaking,  no.  I hear it happens with age. I hope not.

@sweetchiquita12:  Omg this is a huge thing for me too but it happens before I fall asleep. Once I got to bed, I typically get up at least 5 or 6 times to pee before I can fall alseep. If I even feel like I have to pee the tiniest bit my mind will not let me fall asleep, no matter how tired I am. It’s exhausting and I know it’s a mental thing, but I don’t know what to do about it. If I wake up in the middle of the night and have to pee I can hold it and fall back asleep no problem, but when I first go to fall alseep…no way.

@sweetchiquita12:  Unfortunately, even if I do pee right before bed, I get up 2-3 times a night to pee. I’m terrified of what it will be like when I’m pregnant. 🙁

@sweetchiquita12:  Yes. Even if I go twice before going to bed. I’ve struggled with this since my teenage years. I’ve never succeeded in making my body accustomed to waiting in the morning, it wakes me up at 2-3am every night. The worst is when we’re on a campground and I have to take a walk to go to the bathroom, ugh ! But quite frankly, in usual circumstances (at home), I prefer to go and just fall back to sleep after for several hours, rather than being awoken like, 40 minutes to an hour before it’s time to get up, and having to pee so bad it keeps me from sleeping properly, and then if I choose to go to get rid of the discomfort, obviously I can’t fall asleep anymore and I start the day tired. Grr.

Thankfully, I hardly ever wake up to pee.  SO wakes up 1-2 times a night though.

I always go before bed and then end up waking up an hour before my alarm to go again :-/ I wish it were more in the middle of the night, and not during that “ugh, I have to get up soon” time.

Rarely. Usually I just wake up a couple of hours earlier than usual to go.

I have the bladder of a gnat. I pee all the time. I wake up at least once and usually twice a night to pee. I’m now 18 weeks pregnant and it’s gotten a little worse, but it’s not too bad yet. I’m dreading 3rd trimester!

@Nona99:  I too have dreams of trying to find a bathroom and always having it be an epic journey with a gross or weird bathroom at the end.

I wake up like clockwork after 5 hours every night to pee. I guess that’s as long as my body can make it!

@sweetchiquita12:  I drink a LOT of water throughout the day, so I almost always have to get up to pee. I try to limit the water the last hour or two before bed time, but even then I still have to get up.

What makes it even worse is I usually have the urge to pee like an hour before my alarm goes off, so I go back to bed knowing I have to get up soon, and that makes for a shitty last hour of sleep!

Not usually. As long as I go RIGHT before bed I’m ok.
