We don’t plan on finding out till baby arrives. We would like it to be a surprise.
When I was pregnant I wanted to know but my baby would not turn around when the UltraSound Lady tried to have him turn around… so we had to wait until he was born. Bummer!
We found out with this little guy…he wasn’t shy at all! We’ve talked about not finding out with the next, but that will depend on whether or not we can agree on names beforehand.
We’re considering doing one of those gender revealing parties just before the baby is born.
ETA: We’re not even pregnant yet, but this is what we talk about lol
We found out at the anatomy scan…we’re having a boy!! I am a shopper & wanted to get my nursery ideas together (((: i have such bad anxiety i could not wait…kudos to people that have patience & can handle it
When I was pregnant I wanted it to be surprise but I got bullied by family and friends into finding out. Next pregnancy, they’re all just gonna have to wait patiently, because I’m not giving in!
When I get pregnant, I will definitely have to know. I hate surprises, lol.
I decided to find out the sex with my child. She had no problem showing off her lady parts and there was no doubt that she was a girl. I really liked knowing the sex that way I had time to get everything that I wanted to be more girl oriented.
Plus I am not the most patient person in the world. I don’t think that I will ever be able to make it that long without knowing the sex
DH definately doesnt want to know and wants to keep it a suprise. But Im still on the fence about it all, but Ive told him that if we do go team green then I want him to tell me the gender after the birth. The thought of DH announcing it for the first time makes me go all warm and fuzzy lol!
NB:Also not pregnany but weve been trying for nearly three years so Ive had a long time to fantasize about this!lol
When we decide to TTC – years down the road, so we have time to change our minds – we want to know so we can plan accordingly (baby showers etc.). But I don’t want the doctor to just tell us – I heard about a “gender reveal party” where the doctor writes down the gender and puts it in an envelope, you give the envelope to a baker who dyes the inside of a cake either blue or pink and frosts it, then you have a party and cut the cake in front of your friends/family. Everyone finds out at the same time – and a great excuse for a party in my eyes. ๐
everyone in our family seems to assume we wont find out. but we totally are. like
