I have been engaged for 2 weeks now. I had been wearing it everyday except for when I take shower and when I go to sleep until yesterday morning, I forgot to put it back on when I left my apartment for work. Since then, I feel like I will keep forgetting to put it on because I used to never wear a piece of jewelry everyday. I pretty much only wear some big chunky ones for special occasions… Also I just keep worrying about my ring all the time. I would check on it to see if I haven’t lost it or the stone is still there… It started to feel more natural for me to wear it when I go out instead of everyday…but I have no idea!!!
What have been your experience?

I never take mine off. Ever.

I take mine off when I go to sleep, shower, put on lotion, and when I have to wear gloves at work.
When I did wear my ring to bed a couple of times, I found some strands of thread etc stuck in my prongs, so I stopped doing it.

I am so bad with my ring especially since I’ve never worn a ring prior to engagement. I do not like mines on all the time due to housework, ect. So I happen to take it off at home and almost always forget to put it back on. 🙁

I take it off to shower and to put hand cream on. That’s it. Don’t have a problem wearing it to bed.

I wear jewelery everyday and always did. But I only really wear my e-ring and everything else when I leave the house. When Im home I’m chill so I never feel like putting anything on.

I take mine off when I’m cleaning, working out, doing chores, sleeping… wow, now that I write it out, it’s like I never wear it. I do wear it whenever I’m out of the house…

I am scared to death of taking my ring off and losing it. When I first got my ring, I would take it off when I was showering, putting on lotion etc. until one time I forgot to put my ring back on. I was out for dinner with my fiance when I noticed it was missing. Fortunately it wasn’t lost (I found it where I’d left it) but that was a big enough scare for me to not let it happen again!

I take mine off at the gym and when I go to bed – all other times, it stays on.. I feel naked without it.

I never used to wear jewellery either but from the moment I put my e-ring on, it felt natural. I now wear it all the time except when showering, washing dishes and sleeping. I talk and move around in my sleep sometimes (sometimes violently lol) so I’m afraid I would bash it against the wall or something.
When I don’t have my ring on, I sometimes get the “phantom ring” feeling where I automatically go to touch/adjust the ring. It’s just like when you are used to wearing glasses 24/7 and when you don’t have them on, you automatically put your hands against your face to adjust the phantom glasses and end up looking like an idiot.

I take mine off when submersing in water, applying hand lotion, or mixing something (like raw meat) with my hands. Other than that, I wear it all the time – I actually prefer wearing my e-ring by itself rather than my band+ring. I also wear my band by itself if I feel like switching (I don’t like how they fit together and so far I’ve been too lazy to go back to the jeweller to fix it), and I hate wearing rings on my right hand – it just feels weird.

I wear mine all the time aside from my weight lifting days at the gym and if I am doing a particularily intensive cleaning session at home. Aside from that, I never take it off. This is partly because I am afraid to lose it, and partly because it feels weird to have it off.

I have pave stones on the band so I always take it off to use lotion or hair product. Other than that, this sucker stays on. Only once have I forgotten to put it back on. A few hours later, I happened to notice and panic set in because I had forgotten I took it off.

I only take it off to look at it and swoon over how pretty it is^^
I wear it everywhere all the time, and I feel naked without it. My fiance doesn’t want me to take it off because it is the symbol of the promise I made him, so that’s another reason for me to keep it on:)
