No – but its not because I have any fears of damaging it.  My fingers swell A LOT when I exercise so when they are so swollen, my rings just aren’t comfortable.

If my fingers didn’t swell so much, I’d have no issue wearing my rings to the gym.

I only have mine at the gym if I go straight from work. When I do, I tie it to my sneakers so I don’t bang it up. Fiance does not know this 😉

I don’t go to the gym but if I did I wouldn’t wear it as I take it off before going for a run.

Yup,  I do.  The dumbells and gold thing worried me for a second then I looked at my ring and I’ve been working out with dumbells for about 6 months now. Ring is fine. If I take it off, there is higher risk for me to lose it. :/

I NEVER wear it to work out – I don’t want to bang it around or worry about it coming off when working out.

Never. I regularly lift weights, run, do yoga and just would rather not risk doing any damage to it.

No, I wouldn’t want to take a chance in damaging it. Although sometimes I do forget to take it off before I go into the gym, so I just put it in my locker.

I never wear it to work out – even if I am just doing a workout at home!  I love wearing it but sometimes take it off when I get home from work if I know I am going to be cleaning the house etc.

I work out at home but I always always take it off because I don’t want to damage it. Honestly, if I was to go to the gym I probably wouldn’t even wear it there because I’d be too worried about losing it.

I have the tendency of losing jewelry easily so I never take my ring off. That includes the gym.

For cardio stuff, no, but for anything where I might bump it up against the ground or a weight or a wall (push ups, weights, wall squats) then yes.

Yes I do, but I take it off when I am kickboxing for obvious reasons 😉  When I start boot camp I’ll probably take it off too.  But for cardio and weights I usually leave it on.

@eeestrad:Amen!!!! Except, creepers still watch from afar. I went to the gym with my brother when I first got engaged two months ago and he was so concerned I was going to damage it. But, if I keep taking it on and off I’ll lose it. It’s delicate yes, but I’m not slinging weights around the gym or anything. And, it does help motivate me since I just ordered my dress last night…one size smaller at that! Motivation!
