    @jenefer:  Nope.  I don’t want to scratch the band when I’m lifting weights.

    Not at all. I kind of feel that everything in the gym is a bit gross/dirty and prefer not to wear it there. Once i am home from work wearing it, went right to shoveling show, and got a big callus/blister underneath where the metal pressed up against my hand.

    I have never once noticed whether people at the gym where wearing rings or not.

    I wear my ring for cardio. But I take it off for weight training/sculpting. When I take it off I wear it on my Tiffany charm enhancer necklace.

    @Juno 05:  Those necklaces seem like a good idea, but what about the ring rubbing against the charm? I feel like it would end up with tiny scratches.

    @jmaze:  Hahaha yes!!!

    I wear mine to the gym, and make sure that I give it a good clean afterwards. The only times I take off are when I’m showering, cooking, cleaning, painting/using playdough/messy play/sand play and sleeping. The gym I go to is filled with sleazebags. It keeps them away haha Tongue Out

    My rings setting is really low, so it doesn’t get bumped. I think if it was more raised I’d leave it at home and wear my promise ring

    @mrsbzzbee:  I don’t wear a charm, so I couldn’t tell you sorry. But as it is, I find it doesn’t leave scratches. At first I was really worried when I put the ring into the holder because I thought it would scratch. But so far (5 months) no scratches from this..

    @jenefer:  I purchased mine directly from Tiffany online store. I just did a search for charm enhancer necklace on their site but its saying not available….

    might be worth sending them an email to ask?

    I pretty much don’t take off my wedding rings…mostly because it hurts my knuckles if I do it constantly. My rings are very comfortable on my small finger though, so I keep them on and get used to them. I do have a store warranty that will change any lost stones for free and polish/clean my rings anytime. That helps with peace of mind!

    I use the gym in our office and there is no way I would leave my ring sitting in the locker. Even though its locked, I still feel better with it on my finger. If I’m doing weights, I use gloves since I tend to get blisters easily anyway.  I also wear it when I shower in the gym too.

    The only time I take my ring off is to shower (when I am home or away) or if I’m doing some very involved cooking/baking.  If I lost it, I would feel sooooooo terrible lol

    When i first got engaged I was a FREAK about removing my ring before doing everything (showering, dishes, working out, sleeping).  Now that we’re married, I wear it all the time.  The only time I take it off is if I’m doing yardwork without gloves or doing gross greasy dishes.  I wear mine everywhere.  I think it’s normal to be worried about it, but seriously…it’s a diamond that was created in the ground…it will be ok!
