- Wedding: June 2017 - A vineyard
I went back and looked at my pictures because I couldn’t remember. Looks like I wore mine on my right hand and then moved it over at some point before the wedding portrait and family shot got done. I didn’t want my husband to have a harder time getting my ring on during the ceremony than needed since my fingers are tapered.

I wear my wedding band first, and then my engagement ring.
During the ceremony, I had my Dad keep my engagement ring safe in his pocket. I wanted to wear it on my right hand, but my right hand must be bigger than my left, as it didn’t fit comfortably haha! So it was Dad to the rescue, then I got it off him after the ceremony, before photos, and popped it back on.

It’s usually my engagement ring, my engagement band, and then my wedding band on the outside. If I’m not wearing my engagement ring, it’s wedding ring then engagement band on the outside.

I plan to wear my e-ring on my right hand for the ceremony

I didn’t wear my ering to our ceremony, I left my left hand bare and wore my heirloom antique wedding band on my right so that it could still be part of our special day and be represented as equally as important. I wear this combination the most and get compliments on it because I think it lets both rings shine individually. Do you bee 🙂

My rings don’t fit on my right hand (or any other finger). During the ceremony I kept the engagment ring on, he put the wedding band over, and then I switched them like right after. I wear the wedding band first becuse that one stays on always whereas the e-ring comes on and off for the gym, shower, stuff like that.

Thanks bees! I’m in the US and I’ve always seen wedding band first then engagement ring on top and that’s how I intend to wear them after the wedding, I’ve just never paid attention to what people do during the actual ceremony! I think I will probably wear my engagement ring on my left hand as normal, have my fiance put the band on top for the ceremony, and then switch them when I am out of sight. That makes the most sense to me.

Off topic but I’m unsure I want to even wear my engagement ring. We will be going from there to our honeymoon and with my luck, I’d lose it or get it stolen. Considering just leaving it in the safe.
