Yes, Satine does sleep in the same bed as us.  Wouldn’t have it any other way.  She’s a tiny little maltese.  No reason why she can’t.  I only worry about one of us crushing her!

Our dogs sleep with us probably 80% of the time. They end up in the bed with us by the morning 100% of the time though. Haha. Why? Because our bed is big enough, they are our babies, we don’t have kids, and they aren’t huge. πŸ™‚ Lol. They get up in the middle of the night and go sleep in their beds, or start off there quite a bit as well. They keep us warm when the other has to get up too.

These are my boys. They sleep in our bed every night. Usually by our feet. I love seeing their sleepy faces in the morning πŸ™‚

Yes the cat sleeps with us, usually at the foot of our bed and between my legs.. When he feels like it but its usually his favorite spot.  Even when we aren’t there we can sometimes find him taking a snooze there.

Our puppy sleeps in a separate room to make sure she keeps up with the potty training πŸ˜‰  She will be too big anyways to ever sleep on our bed, and she isn’t allowed on our furniture.  Our room is more of the cats room anyways.

I used to let my cats sleep with me occasionally.. mostly nap, but Kingy doesn’t even let them in our room anymore so thats the end of that

We have to black cats. The female cat can’t jump up on our bed, so she will meow until one of us picks her up. Then she falls asleep between my Fiance and I.The male cat will take turns spooning with me and Fiance. They are so funny!

Yup.  2-3 of the 4 cats, and 4 dogs all sleep with us every night.

The 60# dog sleeps on my pillow IF the 7# cat allows her to.  That one is my husband’s dog (yet sleeps on my head.) My dogs are smaller 12#, 20#, and 25# and they sleep under the covers at our feet.  We do plan to upgrade to a king-sized bed when we move!  (course we are adding a puppy as well)

Sometimes they do, but I don’t really mind. Gus, my 75lb pit mix has always felt the need to be next to me even the day I brought him home from the shelter when he was 9 weeks old. He’s my protector πŸ™‚ When FH isn’t here, Gus is in the bed with me usually curled up at the bend in my knees. There has been a few times though when he’d crawl up and lay his head on FH’s pillow. It was always interesting to wake up to…When FH is here he rarely sleeps in the bed but every now and then he’ll curl up at my feet.

The cat on the other hand rarely ever sleeps in the bed. She was FH’s cat originally and when he moved he couldn’t have pets so I took her. She used to sleep in bed with FH every night, I know because I’d have to fight for snuggle time with FH. There have been times when I’ve woken up to find her curled up above my head or laying on my leg, but she usually liked sleeping on the back of the couch in the living room.

When my dog was a little puppy and still potty training, she slept in her crate.  She actually really liked it and would walk in there all on her own around 9pm each night. From her crate she could see our bed and was quite content in there- we lived in an open concept loft at the time.

We moved to a new house and there is no room for her crate in our room. It is a more traditional floor plan with doors and bedrooms instead of just one large living space like we had before.  Now the dog sleeps in our bed (at the end, near my feet typically).

It sort of drives me nuts because her hair gets all over the coverlet, but oh well.  We like being close to her- it’s like we are a little pack of 3.

    No.

No living creature that routinely licks its own ass is allowed in my bed.

No, because there is not enough room! My husband and I sleep in a full-size bed, and we have an 80-pound lab mix who likes to sprawl. There ain’t enough real estate to go around. πŸ™‚ Not to mention our dog sheds like crazy, so it’s nice to have one area of the condo that is not perpetually covered in dog hair. Interestingly our dog has never shown any inclination to jump on our bed, so we’re happy to keep it that way.

Our kitty sleeps with us every night. She usually curls up against my stomach or legs. Wouldn’t have it any other way. πŸ™‚
