I have been doing the same thing.  I started brushing my teeth with Rembrant toothpaste.  Trying to get them as white as possible for the big day.  I even have tooth paste in my desk at work, brush after coffee now.  My hair dresser was saying how my hair is getting a little dryer now as the weather is beginning to change, she recomended I not wash it every day (ugh) but I have been doing this every other day now for about a month and I am shocked at what a difference it has made in the softness and shinnyness of my hair.  I just pull it back in a pony on my off days.  I went and bought a whole skin care regimine and my complexion is looking good.  then of course there is the gym and food routines… lost 5 pounds.  I am even taking vitamins on a regular basis.  Some of this i think might just be emotionally good as much as physically good.  I love the idea of taking care of myself, this just seemed to be a great motivator.

I went to the dermatologist to take care of acne and got some topical creams & bc and my face has never looked better =D I plan on using a teeth whitener a couple of months before (after I get my braces off ugh)

Thinking about deep conditioning/keratin hair treatments to make my hair shinier and smoother- anyone get one? Is it worth it?

– Scope whitening mouth wash for my coffee-tinged teeth

– Clarisonic, followed by a hyaluronic moisturizer and salicylic acid gel, for my complexion

– sugar scrub and bath oil at each shower, to keep my skin from getting dull/dry

– tried to let my hair airdry only for the past 6 months or so, to keep it healthy and shiny

– more calcium/vitamins for my weak nails

– trying to get as much sleep as possible

I’m growing my hair…which is a super pain in my a** but I want to wear it up for the wedding.

I normally use drug store brand facial products (olay, neutrogena, or aveeno face wash, moisturizer, eye creams, etc) but 6 months before I will switch to philosophy products.  They make my skin gorgeous, I just can’t afford them all the time.

I haven’t blow dried or straightened my hair (other than for bridal showers/engagement pics) in 6 months. I hate my hair right now! But it’s gotten so much thicker and shinier. And I only wash it once a week too.

Vitamins

Teeth Whitening

Tanning

Lots of face lotion

Drinking TONS of water to help skin look better

@winerygirl:  I’m scaly like a lizard if I don’t, so I have to lol!  But I recently switched from regular baby oil to a fancy, nice-smelling almond bath oil ๐Ÿ™‚ If you try it, just be careful– it makes the tub soo slippery!!
