I haven’t seen the trailers for those movies, but I cry at commercials. So, I’m sure that those would bring a tear to my eye.

I don’t know if I’ve ever done this, but I do get teary eyed at the most random of movies. Ones that I don’t feel should be a tear jerker but somehow get me all misty eyed!

Have you seen 500 Days of Summer? I was saddened by parts of the movie and definetly brought to tears, but I also laughed my a$$ off that I cried…The entire theater was laughing at me (not with me) because I was cracking up at moments no one else found funny or way after they took place. Future Brother-In-Law said I needed a muzzle

I’m with Puggy, haven’t seen those trailers, but I totally cried at a Lowe’s commercial a few weeks ago, so I would probably cry at a movie trailer.  I mean a Lowe’s commercial…? It was on last night and I pointed it out to the FH, he didn’t laugh or anything, but it was close, I could tell he wanted too, lol.

Ummm yeah, sad to say, it just happend the other day. We were about to watch the cowboys game & they were talking about “The Blind Side” with Sandra Bullock, whelp they showed an extended version of the trailer and there came the tears! Of course the husband was making fun of me 🙂

I did during the ‘Away we go’ trailer and ‘where the wild things are’ trailer.

Never saw either movie but teared up during the trailers.

@AnnieAAA: that movie does look like a total tear jerker. It kinda gets started with the trailer so I can only imagine what I would be like watching the movie

@otb

I cried the first time I saw that AT&T commercial where the dad has the little stuffed monkey and he took pictures to send to the little girl wherever he was calling from. When he sent the picture of the monkey on his briefcase outside the house, I lost it. Like Niagra Falls coming from my eyes lost it. I was so touched. My Fiance laughed at me.

Oh and don’t know if any of ya’ll remeber the trailer for “My Sisters Keeper” talk about a tear jerker of a trailer!

Whats funny though is I used to not really get emotional when I watched movies, oh how the times have changed!

@bvig

You need to see both of those movies! “Away We Go” and “Where the Wild Things Are” are such great movies.

@SandDollar: tell me about it! I am such a sucker for based on true story movies, they really hit home knowing that it actually happened.

I cried last weekend while watching “Up”.

I started crying at the drop of a hat about 6 months before the wedding, it’s gotten better since the wedding but it’s still pretty bad!

@puggy – I want to….my hub and I have what I call movie narcolepsy.  Like if we’re just sitting down relaxing with each other we’re going to fall asleep.  Seperately we can watch movies but together we just cuddle and fall asleep.  During the holidays I’ll have to catch up.

I’m a total mess when it comes to TV shows I’m invested in… like when something happens to a character, or there’s a really dramatic scene. Brothers & Sisters especially gets me!
