I do it ALL THE TIME.

Like literally everyday. I get scared no one will respond. Or that I will come off crazy. Or that someone will make fun of my grammer.

that is why I started my blog so I can actually put down what’s going on in my head

Yeah I do this a lot, not here but elsewhere, like if someone has really upset me or something I will write how I feel but never send it. In fact I have only ever sent something of this nature once and that was when someone was trying her best to make trouble in my relationship. I saw it coming for a long time but pretty much blanked it and didn’t bite….then got really fed up and finally bit back which resulted in me sending EXACTLY what I thought (after having to read pages of her bs). In some ways I felt better but in other ways I wish I had just continued to ignore it. It worked out for the best though as I was able to show my friends what was really going on as before she had always run to them with twisted versions of events (which she tried to do again but this time they saw the real deal with their own eyes).

But sometimes I just don’t want people to know my feelings, it’s one thing I just hate to disclose as it makes me feel exposed, so it takes a lot to actually do it. I sometimes save what I was going to write to Word instead of posting it on the internet and sometimes I just delete it altogether.

I’ve done that. I also have written letters to people I don’t send and written in journals just to get it out. It’s very good for you.

Yep definitely. I find it helps me to vent, even if no one else ends up reading it.

I do that on here a lot.  If I write a whole story and feel like I’m just rambling, I’ll erase it.  For every story/comment I post, there’s at least one that I didn’t.

I’ve done the same thing, so you’re not alone.  Sometimes it helps to write it all out.

I’m not always necessarily afraid of being too personal, I’m more afraid of what people might say.  Alot of times my emotional posts are about my Fiance doing something wrong (in the heat of the moment)…which usually turns into a “you need counselling” or “you need to break up” post.  People on the internet don’t know the whole picture, they only know what you tell them, which is why it is sometimes hurtful what people say abotu your relationship.  Yes, one part might suck, but the rest is heavenly.  I wish people would understand that I just need to vent during my emotional posts.

That’s totally normal!  I do that all the time. 🙂  Sometime, you just need to vent.
