BeckyS0: I love lists. They make me feel so much better for some reason. Packing list, need to buy list, airport list, need to clean list… lol. M thinks I’m a little crazy, but he goes with it. He just kind of hides in the office hoping he doesn’t get suckered into helping me organize the pantry.

BeckyS0: oh and yes about the airport thing. I find myself constantly recalculating time. “airport is x minutes away, plane leaves at 7:20, need to be x minutes early, should leave house by x…”

cls9q: Totally worth it. You can get it at Walgreens, Whole Foods…just about everywhere really. They have helped me bite my nails less and everything. My doula first introduced them to me when I was pregnant and had crazy anxiety… natural and safe! They are fantastic.
