You could do a ceasar salad with blackened tuna, served cold.

Absolutely, I do blacked salmon ceasar too.  You can totally cook it ahead of time, and pop it in the fridge.  Assemble your salads ahead of time and all you need to do is toss the salad with dressing and place your lovely cold fish on top when ready to serve.  I loooooove salad with fish, you can tell, huh?

I leave the fish whole.  I toss my lettuce in the dressing so that each piece is coated with dressing.  Then I place my black olives, tomatoes (and usually a little red onion) and a few croutons (spelling) on top and place the whole blackened fish fillet on top.  Yummy!!!!!!!

My mom makes a shrimp sald. Its a cold shrimp mix that you serve on top of salad. Its really delicious look it up in any cook book. Paula Dean has a recipe in heres. 🙂

my mom makes a really good cold krab salad. yep, krab. it has mayo, hot sauce, lemon, dill, diced grapes, cucumbers…..and chunks of cheese. it’s freakin’ amazing

I don’t, it’s pretty much a wing it recipe, sorry!  I think you could pretty much mix a bunch of that stuff together with the mayo and stir it into the krab and that’d be it! It’s really basic. I did a search to see if i could find a recipe online and all the online recipes have other stuff in them my mom’s doesn’t…
