I like the last two. My fiance runs a textile print shop, so he designs and prints his own shirts all the time. Love our homemade clothing!

They kind of say hipster wannabe to me. But I have the second shirt in a different design, so I guess I’m a hipster wannabe too.

Hmmmm, not sure I’m quite qualified, but I am pretty sure my17 y/o son might be a hipster. He doesn’t wear any t-shirts with text or sayings on them, they are usually graphics, or patterns,  and for some reason, cats!  Lol.  He wears the rayban glasses and in the winter he favors ugly patterned acrylic sweaters from goodwill.

I think those shirts are safe?  On a side note, I’d like to hear what other people think is hipster-ish… I’m old so probably don’t have a complete grasp on the concept.

@peachacid:  The first one doesn’t look too hipstery at all.  I think the rest just depend on how he wears them.  As long as it’s not an extra-shmedium I guess…

It cracks me up that you’re trying to steer from that.  It’s always a joke with my fiance & I.  We are both mid 30’s but because of our jobs & lifestyle, we often get mistaken for younger and for the last few years have been really confused about where we fit in style wise & how to make sure we don’t end up looking like we’re trying to be hipsters.  We went into Urban outfitters the other day – Which was my favorite store about 7 or 8 years ago.  And almost everything in there was so Ugly to me.  Looked like Blanche Devereaux’s shoulder padded jackets And skinny jeans with extra saggy butts added in. Then we realized, we finally got old.

I’m not sure about hipster-ish, but I really like the 2nd one! My Darling Husband would wear it, and he is definitely not a hipster.

Kinda, but just imagine it on him. I like the first and the WWF one.

Thank you peachaid!  I’m forever interested in changing trends and styles, but honestly it’s hard to keep up! Gotta love being able to get sweaters for 4.99 though 🙂

I think I like the last t-shirt the best, but that little porn-stache needs to go lol

@squishee:  From what I can see, Cat T-shirts mean hipster.  Cat sweaters are even more the rage.  At least he’s saving you money at the goodwill!!

@Amayansong:  So that’s what’s up with the cat thing-thanks!  Luckily OP didn’t pick out any cat t-shirts.  I think my kids glasses are even more ironic than most, his are prescription lol.  I really don’t get the wearing fake glasses thing.  But that’s probably cuz I’m stuck wearing the real thing too…

@squishee:  I like how you added “get off my lawn!” So funny!

If you ever find yourself wondering what the crazy kids are up to these days, you can always consult http://www.urbandictionary.com/ and look up the term in question. Urban dictionary knows all.
