I’m thinking to order at Zhedora. How do you find the durability of the rings from Zhedora (stone and the metal)? Could you specify whether you have simulated diamond, white sapphire or moissanite?
Hi, can you let me know if you ring from Zhedora is still good? I’m thinking to order one from them
I’m shocked seeing these reviews! So sorry to the bees who had bad experiences. We ordered my custom moissanite engagement ring from them and have had nothing but good things to say. I’ve been wearing my ring about 4.5 months now, so not too long, but it’s still beautiful. I’ll post here if I have any problems with it in the future. If I had read this thread before I never would have purchased from them. Thankful that it worked out for me, but I wouldn’t risk it in the future.

The reason they have such good reviews is because of the Etsy review policy. If you would read that then you would see that reviews must be submitted NO MORE than 60 days after purchase. Some of us had to wait longer than that to even get our rings. Therefore couldn’t leave a bad review if we wanted. Secondly Etsy allows shop owners to only show reviews they like as well as remove any that speak the actual truth of what their rings are… JUNK!! I have a certified letter from local jeweler that states just that. Their gold is heavily mixed with other metals and their lab created stones are glass CZ with some painted on coating. SO I WILL SAY THIS AGAIN, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. They don’t even use their real names on shop page. If you are unfortunate enough to have a ring already, go to your jeweler for inspection and letter. That should be enough evidence to dispute the cost of the Zhedora JUNK !
Zhedora, if you are going to post as customers, you can’t conclude both “reviews” using the same words: “so I would not trust these reviews”. Not to mention, real customers don’t behave this way. If I have a positive experience with a customer, why does it automatically mean that others who did not can’t be trusted? Who feels that way? Why would I care? As a customer, I can’t speak to others experiences just my own. And if somebody has a bad experience but mine is good, why does that mean they are a liar and can’t be trusted?
However if the company is posting reviews, hoping to deflect from the negative, the company wants pontential buyers to read these positive “reviews” only.
And what are the odds that two “happy customers” in the middle of the night happen upon this forum, and post reviews using the same wording within an hour of each other?
omg im so glad i read all this. Had saved a ring that i was going to reset w a moissy when i had money to buy it. Thanks for sharing ladies.
