I feel like I rotate the same 3 or 4 baked pasta recipes when we have company (just so easy to prep before and stick in the oven) and I would love to hear what other people make!
This recipe is one of my go-tos that I am OBSESSED with, and I use Italian sausage instead of chicken sausage. Yum!

DH and I love this one:
I sometimes add different veggies in there and roast the instead of sautee, but otherwise its so good.

My mom swears by her baked ziti/easy lasagna recipe. You cook ziti noodles (just shy of al dente), then mix a can of red sauce with a cup of mozzarella, a package of ricotta (about 1.5 cups?) and 1-2 cups of parmesan. Mix the sauce with the ziti, put in a lightly greased baking dish, and top with a mixture of mozzarella and parmesan. Bake 30 minutes or so, until the cheese on top is bubbly and browning.
I like to mix in panko crumbs and butter with the cheese on top, personally because I love a little crunch, but my Fiance doesn’t really like this recipe (he’s not keen on pasta as the only part of a meal unless it’s tortellini or mac n cheese).
Now I want to make this, darnit.

This is my FAV baked ziti recipe…nom nom nom. So good. I usually make this when I bring a meal to someone (new baby or whatever). I’ve been making it for years. It makes a TON!

My Fiance and my moms BF are both obsessed with this ridiculously simple dish.
Either ravioli or tortellini, whatever fillings you like. Boil, but dont cook all the way through. If you’re using fresh then you dont have to boil it.
Mix marinara and alfredo sauce, which ever mixture you like. I use about 16 ounces of alfredo and half a can of marinara.
Put the pasta in a dish, pour the sauce mix over it, top with mozzarella or whatever kind of cheese you like, and bake until its melted or brown to your liking.
So easy and so yummy. Its one of the only meals that my Fiance actually asks me to cook, and now I’ve gotten my moms BF hooked on it too.
These two are more involved, but really good!
