Dogmummy: relishdead: it’s terrible that it seems to be a global trend now!! Every other week around here (and I live in suburbia!) the poice are seizing groups of dogs that have been stolen for fighting and trying to get them back to their families ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™

pink.lemonade:  It is terrible! I live in the countryside and there has been a couple of dog fighting rings busted in the last few years and i’ve seen some horrible abused bait dogs come in to rescues local to me. I get very paranoid with my dog as he’s a staffie (rescued) and they are targets for dog theft/fighting. I’m lucky that two of my neighbours are elderly curtain twitchers and would tell me about anything suspicious going on. The world is coming to a horrible place. Just this morning a dog was found local to me tied to a bench during the night with his food and water bowl and a toy. Rescues are so full people are just dumping.

relishdead: Dogmummy:  That’s exactly what I was going to say!

OP, I would definitely show this photo to the police, and then scrub it off right away. As a teen I had a few friends who would ‘tag’ for fun and it was always more distinct words. Gang symbols are too. This is definitely just a scribble so it really makes me concerned that it’s about the dogs. Especially considering they are big german sheppards (as opposed to little fluffballs who wouldn’t put up a fight = not worth their time). If you can, keep your dogs inside when you are out or at a friends house for a few weeks, as someone will probably come back for them ๐Ÿ™
