Making one seems pretty difficult. i would have a look on etsy. They have some beautiful sashed at reasonable prices that look similar.

I agree with PP; definitely look on Etsy (my sash came from there actually). This is a simple search for “jeweled wedding sash” but you can use different terms — sparkly, crystal, bling, etc., and find what you’re looking for.
