@beanbagchair:  It’s stunning!! Usually, marquise isn’t my favorite cut, but this one is so pretty. Also, I think it looks classic, as opposed to “dated”. (hopefully that makes sense. LOL)

@beanbagchair:  This ring definitely doesn’t scream 80’s if that’s what you’re worried about.  It’s absolutely gorgeous, timeless and elegant!  The engraving is beautiful and the stone has amazing clarity.  I have an heirloom white sapphire marquise ring from the 40’s that I absolutely love.

I don’t care for it at all, it’s one of my least desired cuts.  Sorry, I don’t mean to ruffle any feathers but the marquise and the princess cuts both have negetive connations for me.
