Me me me! I fell head over heels in love with mine in the mirror……as soon as I was home, looking at the photos, in crept the regret, which I’m still battling now :-/

currently trying to get over the regret and try and alter the dress to be perfect…. What a drama!

I’m in devon! Iv taken a shine to the new maggies April. But hoping to sort mine before parting with another £1000! :-/ I totally see what u mean, they look totally different in real life, but the one I brought was one off the peg and a one off by the designer so not another pic of it anywhere in the world 🙁 I’d love to see pit on someone else to compare it! :-/

This happened to me! I chose a slim A line that I immediatly thought was “the one” I loved it in the mirror, it was exactly what I had envisioned. Everyone with me at the time agreed that it was the dress for me…they snapped a few quick pictures for me on my cell and upon review I’m feeling like my dress is much less flattering then I originally thought. My friends assured my that the photos did nots do the dress justice  and the problem areas I pointed out did not appear in person. For me photographs are one of the most important parts of the day, so I am very nervouse. Just waiting patiently for my dress to arrive so I can take a second look!

That actually caused my dress regret :-/ I loved my dress on and in the mirror but I did NOT photograph well. It’s so difficult to judge and the stores make it harder when they do not allow photographs!!!

Yep! When I put that dress on I am just overcome with excitement and gushy feelings. But seeing it in a picture leaves me cold. I really think its because it isn’t altered yet, so it doesn’t fit right, at all…and I look like hell in the pictures. I know on the actual day it will look amazing because I’ll be happy, and it will actually fit my chest! Haha.

The same EXACT thing happened to me! My mom and sister were there when we picked the dress and we all loved it. But when I showed it to all my other close girlfriends NONE of them liked it. The best comment I received was ‘the back looks nice’. They just feel that the dress is nowhere matching to my personality… To be fair to them, I didnt tell them that I’ve ordered the dress so I could get honest feedback.

I can see how u must be feeling, I can completely relate! Not seeing it on anyone else is horrible! But then I kind of think it’s pretty cool seeing as its not plastered all over the boards,           And its a bit different. I although I’m not sure i like that! I’m very confused myself!

I will say this ladies, I am a freelance photographer and the lighting in most bridal salons is as unflattering as it comes! Also most in store photos are shot with low quality cameras. These factors can absolutely change the looK of the dress on you body!
