I am in love with my ring! My Fiance were shopping in the mall and when we passed by a jewelry shop, in the display window was a ring in a tension setting. I fell in love! I told my Fiance that if it was a solitary and had a lower profile it would be my dream ring. He went there the next day and had it custom made with a diamond he bought overseas (he loves gemstones and collects nice ones).
It is the perfect size for my stubby fingers and I am not getting a wedding band. This is my E-ring/Wedding ring. Sorry for the crummy photos, I snapped them off with my phone.

Yes! Add me to the list of bees who love their e-ring. I’ve been wearing it for 6 months and still spend time staring at it nearly every day (I’m glad I’m not the only bee who stares at her ring). Fiance worked with jeweler to design the platinum bezel setting with princess sapphire side stones, and the diamond in the center is from my grandma’s e-ring. I’d love the ring anyway, but that last detail makes it so special. I remember my grandma telling me, from the time I was a teenager, that she wanted me to have her ring, and I think of my grandpa saving up for it during the depression and presenting my grandma with it. It’s a gorgeous, modern ring with a strong link to my family’s past. Perfect!!

I absolutely love my ring too! It’s a solitaire and it suits me perfectly! Fiance did an awesome job picking it out! I find myself staring at it all the time!

Oh I love, love LOVE mine! We picked it out together and it’s tanzanite (my favourite stone!) with white gold. Sorry for the terrible photography!

I love my ring.
That being said, I really love the idea of my ring. We got a CZ ring because of the cost. The current ring is set in sterling and is slowly becoming too big (as I lose weight) and it’s not adjustable.
We will go in soon and get a white gold ring with CZ & then as we get more money, we will fill them in with real diamonds.
But I will always keep my first ring, not because it’s expensive or special, but because it’s the ring that my fiance proposed with, and that makes me love it.

I love my ring! Not very big, but it’s beautiful and from him! (I picked it out though) I love what it symbolizes-that’s what is most important to me. And I love how my new shiny wedding band looks with the e-ring.

Yup! It’s not big at all – don’t know the specs but it’s a three-stone and the total carat weight is under 1 carat… like @Gemstone, if we’d waited five years or something, probably could have gotten something bigger, but WHY? (Well, I know WHY, but it’s not really a priority to me or to us as a couple! We have a modest income and other financial priorities.) I love my ring for its understated beauty and what it means to me. Over a year later, I still watch it sparkle while I’m driving (I mean, when I’m at stoplights…) and I can’t wait to add my wedding band to it!

I love my ring as well! The only thing I ever told Darling Husband was that I didnt want yellow gold, I wanted either white gold or platinum and preferred a princess cut but round was fine too. He chose the perfect ring for me, a solitaire princess cut with a platinum band. It looks alot like shushu1208 ring. I wouldnt trade it for anything! I actually got offended when we were looking for bands and several places suggested an enchancer ring. I felt like they were telling me my ring wasnt good enough because it was one diamond when its perfect!
