haha, i don’t know if it makes me feel old per say, dh and i like calling each other hubby and wifey (we’re 29 and 27)! but i do have to say, i started teaching this semester–i’m a phd student ta-ing for undergrads, and one of the things they told us during training sessions is to do things to give yourself the appearance of being older so the undergrads see you as more of an authority than a peer since we’re not all that much older than them. so, every once in awhile i find myself referring to “my husband” in examples or tangents more than i normally would since is useful for reinforcing that i’m older than them 😛 also i stopped worrying about stray gray hairs, but that’s a different story!

I’m not married, but I’m engaged. I’m 23 and I feel like I’m too young to call my Fiance my fiancee. Usually I call him my boyfriend, meanwhile I’m wearing the engagement ring. It’s just weird. I still feel like I’m in high school sometimes. Where does time go?! We’ve been engaged for 7 months and I’m still weird about it.

I can only imagine when he’s my husband. I’ll probably still call him my boyfriend hahah

I really don’t. Even though we have been engaged for a year, I still call him my boyfriend. I even asked him if I could still call him my boyfriend after we got married. Of course, he said no, lol.
