Do my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses look ok together? I am having a hard time finding the right color of bm dress and found these today, which seem to be perfect (plus, the price was amazing!). The venue is outside at a friend’s gorgeous horse farm. We’ll have white tents set up and I’m going for a formal vintagey feel…
My dress (sorry, only have a model pic, but it’s in champagne and the beading is more pronounced on the actual dress):

I think it totally goes! 🙂 Beautiful choices!

I love the bridesmaid dress… but they look like 2 different themes IMO. Your dress looks pretty formal and regal where as the Bridesmaid or Best Man dress looks very summer garden wedding

I think long bridesmaids dresses might go better with darker colors..maybe with similar material as your dress too

I agree with previous poster.
Your dress’ material is so rich and the girls is whimsical.
I also think a darker colour may go better. The style is great!

The color is definitely non-negotiable… it’s my absolute favorite color (my bedroom is even painted in it) and what I’ve always wanted. I did consider long dresses, but I’m just not sure how they would do out in a field.
Honestly, my dress is probably too fancy for the rest of my wedding, but I’ve always wanted a big satin ballgown and it’s the style that looks best on me. Thanks for your great opinions!

I love the color! I’m having the same long or short argument myself. I’m having an evening wedding so everyone says they should be long but it is outdoors (hot) and I think short dresses are more fun. I also like that your Bridesmaid or Best Man could easily wear the dresses again! I say stick with them! You could always go with a satin material that would make them more formal looking.
