I’m doing one escort card per couple or family. We are doing assigned tables, but not assigning specific seats.

I’ve seen it done both ways at weddings, but in your case I would do one per social unit.

200+ escort cards would be alot!! It’s totally fine to have one per couple. I’ve seen it on websites and here on the boards. Your frame idea sounds really cool!

We’re doing one escort card per person because the venue wants them to indicate the meal choice for that person (we’re using diffierent colours) We only have 100 people though so it’ll be much easier!

I did the same as iheartnerds.  Worked out much easier that way for us.
