HAHAHA, Chicken does sound great!  But not to sound crass, you’re probably better off trying a BJ first!

You have to master the art of giving oral enough to keep him ALMOST satisfied.  That way, you can always use it as a form of power.  In dire situations, there’s nothing more effective as the BJ.  If you’re really talented, the promise of a BJ alone can make my caveman Fiance scrub the bathtub!   Miracles do happen, with a hair clip and strong neck muscles!

Best of luck girl, go get ’em!

I’m a pretty good cook.  I made the e-chicken for fun after we were engaged.  Fiance really liked it, but there are other things I make for him that he likes better.  My Fiance is Italian though, and partial to that type of food.  I don’t think e-chicken alone would have persuaded him, but my evidence is purely anecdotal.

Fuschia, the engagement recipe seems boring to what you usually cook. I think why it’s called engagement chicken is because of the nice presentation it gives and makes guys think the girl who is making it is putting forth great effort. I wish I had a tip on how to get a guy to propose; it took mine 2 1/2 years. He does LOVE cookies though and I found a recipe on allrecipes.com that was delish (mom’s treasure cookies I think was the name.) Perhaps it was a coincidence, but maybe not! What’s his favorite type of food? I’d say just to perfect that recipe with a nice presentation and cute outfit. Good luck!
