@megan26: looks yummy, one comment is some of your food names are capitalised and some aren’t and I would do them all or none of them except the first word. ie
Chicken Piccata
Chef carved roast beef (So if all caps I would have Chef carved Roast Beef).
Also I would say just Entree myself as to me it looks a little odd to make the french word plural (but I am from NZ so it might be different in the USA) and Entree means Starter here also not Main so I am prob way off 🙂
Also why dont you make a seperate category for Dessert – not put it in Entree? And then list Fancy Pastries, then cake. Also after cake you could say (boxed to take away upon request) or something.
Anyway, hope this helps.

Lets try this again…Thanks so much for the comment:) Again it looks so much nicer the way I have it typed but it won’t copy/paste that way. Its done in nicer type and the bold words are larger. Does this sound right?

Yours had some in title font and some as regular lowercase font so I swapped everything out for title font. I also changed some of the punctuation and wording. Suggestions are in brackets in capital letters.
Tonight’s Menu (Served Buffet Style)
Salad
Mixed Greens with Fresh Strawberries, Candied Pecans and Feta Cheese, Served with Vidalia Onion Dressing
Main
Baked Chicken Piccata: [CONSIDER INCLUDING DESCRIPTION OF WHAT IT IS]
Chef-Carved Roast Beef, Served with Au Jus
Pasta Primavera: Penne Pasta and Vegetables, Tossed in a Light Alfredo Sauce
Sides
Pacific Blend of Vegetables
Au Gratin Potatoes
Dessert
Assorted Pastries
Wedding Cake: White Almond Cake with Raspberry Filling
to follow at coffee station and boxed up for you to enjoy [THIS IS CONFUSING. WHAT IS BOXED UP?] at home 🙂 [PERSONALLY, I WOULD NOT INCLUDE A HAPPY FACE. SOMETIMES IT LOOKS WEIRD, DEPENDING ON THE FONT.]

I think its weird to have several things capitalized and just as many things not capitalized.

its looking a lot better. i think go with the suggestions of
@lilbluebird: and not put description about how cake will be served, ie boxed. people can see that for themselves. also i personally wouldnt put a smiley face. the menu looks lovely.

I’m pretty sure you should skip the ‘with’.
