For example, if you have rose gold with milgrain, is his rose gold with milgrain? Do you have the same color metal/style?
Edit: we ordered A rose gold halo ring, should I order him a rose gold ring? Obviously not a halo, but a ring with the same feel

No, I have a 3ct diamond eternity band and he has a plain hammered platinum band.

Yes! We have matching white gold milgrain wedding bands.

DH wanted a ring that was about the same color as my set, but it’s much plainer. I have 14K white gold rings, and he decided on a Cobalt Chrome band.
Most couples that I know do not have matching rings – a lot of my friends’ husbands have dark colored tungsten rings while they have white or yellow gold.

No. We are a married couple, buy two separate people with different ‘styles’ nonetheless. This is the only picture I have of both of our rings on my phone.

i like how the two colors look together! To me, having the same color kind of symbolizes that we are together. However I LOVE that his ring is in the same tone as yours, just darker.

we did the same! I tried to talk my hubby into platinum like mine but he was happy with the cobalt chrome. My wedding shoes cost more than his wedding band lol

All 3 rings are completely different! My e-ring is a white gold halo with diamonds and pave band, my wedding band is rose gold, and my fiancé’s band is black tungsten.

Though similar they are different. We debated for awhile. Prior he wanted to do a gold band as it is traditional with the men in his family and I left the decision up to him and then he suprised me with his pic. Eventually this will be a ‘dress up’ ring and I see us still buying the gold brushed band we first looked at for regular use. He works on jobsites and constantly with his hands so we don’t want to damage the ‘fancier’ ring.

We both have 14k yellow gold rings 😊

I opted for just a plain yellow gold band. FH really wanted a white gold hammered band but my set is yellow gold and I wanted him to sort of match mine. We compromised and he got a two-tone gold hammered one. He is very happy with it! I dont have a picture of my plain band but I have one of his.

Nope, ours do not match. Mine is 18K yellow gold and his is palladium (dark silver metal) and 22K yellow gold. I actually really love the matching look, though!

Eeeee! I JUST picked his up today so YAY! First pics of it! Ours do match, though I told him they didn’t have to, he ended up choosing one that did in the end anyway!

I’d like to get the same thing but rose gold! He loves the hammered look
