Our phtographer is quite expensive so we are trying to limit photography hours to 6 (3-9). Does this timeline looks okay? I guess my major concern is having enough time for first look photos. I can’t move up the MUA time as she is doing another wedding in the morning and can get to us by 12:30. Site for first look is about a 10 min drive. Cermony is family only (12 people) Thanks!
12:30 – 3:30 PM Hair and Makeup
4:00 PM First look
5:15 PM Ceremony
5:45 PM Family photos
6:00 PM Cocktail Hour
6:15 PM Entrance/announcement
7:00 PM Dinner served
8:00 PM Speeches
8:15 PM Cake
8:30 PM First Dance

why do you have 30 minutes between hair/makeup and first look starting?
i would do speeches while people eat. no need to waste separate time for that.
also, first dance could occure right after your entrance.
cake is usually done at the end, signaling ok for guests to leave. i would do cake right before the photog leaves.
ETA: you say cocktail hour, but you don’t have that time allotted.
ETA again: your entrance isn’t going to take 45 minutes.

Are you planning on doing many family photos and also getting to your cocktail hour right when it starts? Even with only 12 people, only 15 min for photos seems tight. I’d ask the photographer.
Also, only 15 min for cake seems tight? But maybe just go with the flow and if your first dance gets postponed for 10 extra min, that would be fine?

ajillity81 : 30 min will give us enough time to get to the first look spot. Could be less than that but I want to leave room in case there is a delay. I am not too concernned about schedule order or timeline after 6 pm as the phtographer will be there till 9.
Cocktail hour is 6-7
By entrance at 6:15 I meant if guests start arrving at 6, we could be taking family photos from 5:45 – 6:15 as there is a park across the street. We are not doing a dramatic entrance. In fact bridal party can stay behind. Ceremony and reception are same venue.
