I think it’s very simple, but it’s cute! If this is your style then go with it.

I agree, simple but cute! Maybe you can add a border to make it look a little less simple?

The only thing I would suggest is to center the text. The lines starting “invite” and “as they” don’t seem to be centered.

I don’t think it’s too blank.  It may look that way now, but once you add in the pocketfold and bellyband, plus all the other cards, it will be a nice balance.

One note, though.  The line “invite you to share in their joy” needs to be centered.

I think I might use a more interesting paper than just plain white and that will dress it up enough

I don’t mind it.  It might look cool to increase the text size, and decrease the kerning space, or space in between the text lines.  Also, instead of adding a border in the computer, why not back the invitation with a textured or patterned paper that fits your theme.

Another thing you could try is to make the text of the bride and groom larger, or to play around with different texts (one plain text, one more elaborate).

Also the birds are really cute!

I like it! Simple and cute! But I find it a bit difficult to read the text in aqua – is it in aqua just because that’s the part that you removed specifics or is that how it would be on the invite? I think all black text would be best.

I would take out “Dear Guests”. Sounds like a mass mailing. Plus most invitations don’t say that.

@cuddlz88:  I’d get rid of the Dear Guest all together. This will save a lot of time when it comes to typing them out and also when stuffing envelopes (assuming you’ll be getting your envelopes printed). Also, what about making the text a serif or sans-serif font and putting only your names in a script font. dafont.com has fantastic free fonts. Using a script font for the important information is harder to read, so by having an easier-to-read font for the bulk of the info, your names will pop! ๐Ÿ™‚

@cuddlz88:  One more thing. Make sure to print these out and look at the colors. That turquoise color looks very bright, and will probably print out very differently than what it looks like on your screen.
