- Wedding: May 2010
ok so i was totally lost on how everyone is supposed to get around on the day of the wedding… this is what we are ending up doing:
the whole wedding party is getting ready at the same hotel. groomsman and groom in one suite, me and my BMs in a different suite. the limo is picking up me along with the groomsmen and bridesmaids and driving us to the church together. the groom is being driven by his parents to the ceremony (i think that this will be quality time that his parents will really appreciate). then of course we’ll all go together in the limo to the reception. following the reception, the limo will take all of us back to the hotel we got ready in because that is the place where Fiance and i will have our wedding suite and that is also where the whole wedding party will obviously have their cars since they got ready there.
i couldn’t think of a better plan than that, but does that sound normal/like a good plan? i figured maybe that way since some of the wedding party are opting not to bring a date then they can just get a hotel room if they want to and not have to worry about driving after experiencing an open bar all night.
