I was just wondering how this menu looked to everyone. This is buffet style and we have time to change we just are fairly certain this is what we want to go with but we are open to suggestions and ideas.
Tea (sweetened and unsweetened)
Imported and Domestic Cheeses and Breads
Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Pita Chips
Carolina Coast Crab Cakes
Parmesan Encrusted Chicken Skewers with Tomato Pesto
Mushrooms Stuffed with Crabmeat
Carved Tenderloin with Silvar Dollar Rolls
“au Jus” and Sauce “Raifort”
Garlic Red-Skinned Mashed Potatoes
Four Cheese Macaroni
Seasonal Vegetable Salad
Mini Apple Pies
Cookies (which double as favors)

Looks good to me. Are you have soda or coffee? Is the macaroni a salad or baked? Either sounds delicious!

Sounds Delicious! Now I’m hungry!

@bakarella: It’s baked macaroni, the options were originally pasta salad and potato salad but we thought the mashed potatoes and macaroni went better with a winter wedding where the ceremony is outside right before dinner (and those are two of our favorite foods). And we’re thinking of having coffee and possibly hot chocolate during the last hour or two of the reception.

Looking at menu threads while hungry is like going to the grocery store hungry…dangerous! With that said, your menu looks tasty 🙂

as someone who doesn’t eat red meat, i have to say your menu provides a lot of options for a guest like me. i’m shocked–normally with only one entree, i would be left hungry, but you’ve got tons of options.
the macaroni sounds fabulous too 🙂

@mandb122: Mmmmm baked macaroni. That’s an awesome winter menu, I love it! And personally, I would LOVE hot chocolate at a wedding since I’m not a coffee drinker!

@blondeeebuckeye: I’m so glad to hear that. We were trying to make sure we had everyone covered including those who don’t like red meat, those allergic to shellfish, kids, any vegetarians even though I can’t think of any, etc.

@bakarella: I’m not a coffee drinker either, or tea! However, his family loves tea and most of them love coffee. I was considering the hot chocolate for people like us who don’t like coffee though.
